Awesome event, bad ticket validation

Everything was going well up to the point where I had to get my ticket checked. I put it against the reader 5 or 6 times and they were about to turn me away because it kept saying possible screenshot even though it had all the animations and it was in the ticket master application. She was about to send me down to ticketing. I tried one last time before resigning and it finally worked. Very stressful moment. All that aside, I enjoyed the game and the venue. My first NHL game in person and it was all I ever hoped for. The only downside was the ticket validation. The security person didn't know anything about how ticket aster works or how to put the phone against the scanner. The venue could use someone who knows the equipment and doesn't give an attitude when I'm stating the facts and showing that my ticket is authentic.
